Annually Tag a Life International hosts young women and girls for the LEMHs project. This current class LEMHs is being funded by Global Fund for Women and African Women’s Development Fund. This year the program kicked off with an Orientation session of 20 young women and girls women within the aged 16 to 24. The class is composed of young women and girlss from different areas such Epworth, Chitungwiza, Domboshava, Hopley, Dzivarasekwa, Kuwadzana and whitecliffe.The girls and young women will be trained on different thematic areas such as GBV, ICT, Environment and Climate Change, Financial Literacy, Political participation, SRHR and Self-awareness so as to become change makers in their different communities. It is important for girls and young women to enter the programme because it raises awareness, they will be equipped and it raises their morale to participate in the public sphere and lastly they will become change makers in their communities. The class now awaits a 10 days Bootcamp training in the coming weeks
