Another young woman, Tatenda Tahla benefitted from the LEMHs programme and further joined the TaLI Management team as a volunteer. She highlighted that before the training, she was not confident to address even a small group of people. However, the YEG training empowered her to be confident and assertive and by volunteering at TaLI she would participate and lead different audiences. A few months later, she was promoted to be Assistant Projects Officer and now Projects Coordinator for TaLI. She managed to conquer her fears as she is now responsible for all running projects at TaLI Head Office. Of interest, at one point she presented in parliament on behalf of the organization during the education Bill hearings.
