My name is Patience Bushe, I am a lady aged 24. I am a highly motivated individual and a dream chaser, the LEMHs program helped shape my career goals.
After the training I now love and believe in myself, my self-esteem was boosted. I have become a strong leader. The LEMHs thematic area that has got me to be an independent woman that I have become today is financial literacy.
I acquired leadership skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, analytical thinking skills and problem solving skills. After the LEMHs training I am now empowered to support other young woman and advocate for my community.
In the next 10 years, I see myself as a successful business woman who will be training other young woman on financial literacy so that they can start their own businesses and giving back to my community
