Fadzai Madzi is a 20-year old girl who is motivated to make the world a better place for everyone.
I attended the 2024 LEMHs bootcamp because I wanted to learn ore about how to be a good leader. Our facilitator emphasized that a good leader must be respectful both to herself and to others and she must take good care of herself so that she can also take care of others.
I learnt about how to conduct advocacy campaigns and human rights, including comprehensive information on gender-based violence. I want to continue working with other young women like me, so that they can network, learn and become leaders in all areas of their lives. I am going to be an advocate for young women’s participation and leadership!
