My name is Mukudzei Marylyn Mashayamombe, a girl aged 20. I describe myself as an empowered lady. The LEMHs training helped me to discover my career goals. I also learnt about advocacy, as young women we have issues which affects us such as gender based violence and discrimination therefore through advocacy we can be the voices of the voiceless.
Due to the Leadership, Economic and Mentorship Hubs I gained much confidence and the power to speak. I was also eye opened on my rights as a girl child. For my Yell project l will teach girls and young women in my community to know their rights and to know that what a man can do a woman can also do.
In 10 years from now my plans goes like this,I am now writing some` O` level subject that l failed and from there I am going to nursing. Under nursing i will keep on studying and one day i will be the Minister of Health. As a change-maker l want to make the health place a safe place for mostly women.
