I am Fadzaishe Mundamau, aged 20 and i am a LEMHster. Leadership truly describes myself. The LEMHs program helped me in shaping my career goal since it provided me with enough information on Information and Communications Technologies.
From the LEMHs training i obtained leadership skills, networking skills and journalism skills. From all thematic areas within the LEMHs training my passion lies in Young Women in ICT.
As a trained leader i possess good communication skills. After the LEMHs programme my confidence was boosted. In my community i am teaching the youth about leadership and the importance of ICT.
In 10 years i see myself traveling all over the world learning more on ICT and also teaching it to the young generation.
