I’m Tafadzwa Faith Maposa aged 22 from Epworth and im LEMHSter. The LEMHS boot camp training taught me good leadership skills ,factors that affect environment and Climate Change and the problems we face as young people through Climate Change. Before the training I was not able to share my thoughts with other people, I was less confident but after attending the 10 day boot camp now I am confident, self-loving, courageous and focused. The LEMHs helped me to be able to stand on my own, now i know what I want to do and I now know my rights.

I was inspired to become a successful lady, a powerful leader, to shape my future and change my community. From all the thematic areas I learnt my passion lies on Environment and Climate Change. On Youth Engaging Local Leaders (YELL) stage/project I am going to talk to the local leaders and ask for permission to have a place in the community where we will meet as young people and discuss issues on Environment and Climate Change, bring up solutions and do awareness campaigns. I possess good leadership skills such as being punctual, kind, observant, warm hearted, hardworking and focused.

In 10years time see my self as a LEMHs Alumni , a successful Lady holding a Diploma in Travel Tourism and Hospitality Management working on a company owning a car and house residing in one of Zimbabwe’s low density taking care of my mom and siblings. I also see myself as a good leader making a great Change in my community.
