Nontokozo Ncube is my name and I am a fearless and fabulous LEMHs alumni. The LEMHs program boosted my confidence and this really helped shape my career goals.
Being part of the LEMHs program was a dream come true, I learnt that as a young woman you need to stand up and advocate for your rights. Leadership became my favorite thematic area and I am now inspired to be the voice of the voiceless.
As a trained leader, I have developed good communication skills and now provide motivation to other young woman in my community. I now lead young woman in my community and church, while providing psychosocial support and helping to report Gender Based Violence cases.
In the next 10 years, I see myself as a celebrated electrical engineer who also empowers young woman in the community I live.
