I am Gamuchirai Colletor Machama, I am 21 years old. I would describe myself as an understanding, hardworking, cheerful and passionate young woman. The LEMHs program by Tali helped me to shape my career goals and now I plan with the END in mind.
I obtained inspiration from a lot of amazing women that I’ve met during the training program. Their stories combined together made me realise that nothing is impossible, the sky is the limit and I can become whoever I want to be no matter what comes my way. My passion lies in the environment and climate as well as education.
After the LEMHs training I am now a good listener. The training has positively impacted on my confidence, strength and willingness to learn.
In 10 years time, I see myself becoming an inspiration to other young people in different parts of the world.
